Corporate events and incentives in the Cognac vineyards

Take your teams out of the meeting room and into the vineyard

An hour and a half from Bordeaux and La Rochelle, the Cognac region offers what a conference hotel cannot: working distilleries, private cellars closed to the public, châteaux that still belong to families, and a landscape where five cars in a row count as traffic. Your participants remember the place, not the projector.

We are an incoming travel agency based in the appellation. We design and operate seminars, incentives, client hospitality programmes and team events across the Charentes, from Royan to Angoulême, and we run them ourselves on the ground.

Venues for seminars, meetings and training

If you have not yet found your venue, our events team will shortlist properties that match your format, your headcount and your budget. We work with:

  • Château estates and private houses available on an exclusive basis
  • Cognac houses with reception rooms inside working cellars
  • Boutique hotels and guest houses suitable for full buy-outs
  • Unusual locations: cooperages, barrel warehouses, vineyard settings

Meeting equipment, catering, accommodation and transfers are arranged as part of the same package, with a single contract and a single invoice.

Activities that hold a group’s attention

Around cognac

  • Guided tastings comparing the four crus of the appellation, led by a Cognac Educator certified by the BNIC
  • Blending workshops where each team composes and takes away its own blend
  • The Cognac Quiz: teams of three to five compete through questions, sensory exercises and dexterity tests, closing with a tasting and a prize
  • Private visits to a major house and to an independent family distillery on the same day, to show two ends of the same craft

Outdoors

  • Electric bike rides through the vines with a guide, at a pace that suits mixed fitness levels
  • Canoe descents on the Charente river
  • Gourmet walks in Grande Champagne, with the landscape, the architecture and the vineyard work explained along the way
  • Golf in the middle of the vineyard

Around the table

  • Charentais cooking classes and food pairing sessions
  • Lunches and dinners in venues that are not restaurants: cellars, orangeries, vineyard settings
  • Producer visits: pineau des Charentes, oysters from the nearby Marennes-Oléron basin, local cheeses and butter

Many other activities are available, with or without alcohol. Tell us your objectives and the number of participants, and we will come back with a proposal.

Employee and incentive programmes

Beyond one-off events, we build offers designed to be distributed to your employees or to your customers over a season:

  • Collective days out for staff and their families, priced per person, with a fixed programme and open dates
  • Preferential arrangements allowing employees to book excursions, workshops and short stays on their own account
  • Incentive travel for sales teams, distributors and top performers, from a single day to a long weekend
  • Gift cards and gift vouchers for end-of-year rewards and internal recognition schemes

These programmes work equally well for a works council, a benefits platform, an HR department or a customer loyalty scheme. We can supply the descriptive material and the images you need to promote them internally.

Why organisers work with us

  • We operate what we sell. No subcontracting chain between your brief and the guide standing in front of your group.
  • Independent of any cognac house, which means the programme follows your objectives rather than a brand’s marketing calendar.
  • Licensed and insured. Registered with Atout France under number IM-016-11-0010, covered by professional liability insurance with HISCOX, holding a financial guarantee with APST, the French travel industry’s guarantee association, and our own passenger transport licence.
  • Available around the clock for the duration of the event, with a local team able to adjust an itinerary at short notice.
  • Year-round. Indoors or outdoors, the Charentes work in every season. Harvest runs from September, distillation from mid-November to the end of March.

Plan your event

Send us your objectives, your dates, your headcount and your budget bracket through our quotation request form, or write to us directly. We reply with a costed proposal rather than a catalogue.
