Description

In Cognac, you will stay in Château de l’Yeuse, a 4* luxury boutique hotel, renowned for its sophistication and the reputation of its restaurant. During your time there you will meet and visit the people who create the « elixir of gods ». In the hotel you can relax in the swimming pool or take advantage of the spa. In the restaurant you will taste 2 dinners including one gastronomic meal specially created by the chief from traditional recipes of the local terroir.

Day 1

 Afternoon: Arrival at the luxury hotel, free time and calm in Cognac.
 Evening : « terroir discovery » dinner (with locally sourced ingredients).

Day 2

 Morning : Tour in the vineyards of Grande Champagne and meeting with a producer and distiller of cognacs, followed by a visit to some of the Norman churches typical in Charente.
 Lunch in a traditional restaurant in the vineyard regions.
 Afternoon : Visit a traditional distillery with cognac tasting.

Day 3

 Morning : Visit of a famous Cognac Trading House. You are left free for the lunch.
 Afternoon : Visit the city of Cognac. Entrance to the Museum "Les Arts du cognac" and the biggest Cognac exposition in the world.
 Evening : dinner at the hotel (gastronomic meal)

Day 4

 Departure after breakfast before 11am.
